Brief
Pinkbox Doughnuts is a popular, fast-growing doughnut brand, but its mobile app experience does not currently reflect the energy or efficiency of the brand. This conceptual redesign focuses on improving usability, visual clarity, and ordering efficiency by addressing recurring user frustrations found through research and analysis.
This project also explores how UI/UX improvements can create a smoother, more enjoyable ordering experience for Pinkbox customers.

UX Problem
Despite a strong brand presence, the current Pinkbox Doughnuts app suffers from usability issues such as confusing navigation, visual clutter, and a frustrating ordering flow, leading to poor user reviews and decreased user trust.
Goals
• Improve overall usability and navigation clarity throughout the app
• Streamline the ordering and customization flow to reduce friction
• Address common pain points identified through user reviews and research
• Create a visually cohesive interface that aligns with the Pinkbox brand
